How can we help people and businesses navigate the future with confidence?
For 6 years as an innovation enabler at KPMG Digital Village, he led innovative transformation projects with Asian Development Bank, Google, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, IMDA, and BMW.
This front-row seat shaped his belief that technology should enable people to be more human at work - to connect, co-create, lead.
Through 8am Automate, Josh deploys business-first AI systems that empower SME Business Owners to drive higher revenue potential and minimise the hours wasted on menial tasks.
Through 8am Coaching, he works with senior executives as a Gallup-certified coach, helping them unlock their Top 5 CliftonStrengths and chart innovative career pathways for themselves and the teams they lead.
At his core, Josh is passionate about using technology not just to transform businesses, but to bring out the very best in the people who lead them.

With a stellar 15-year career spanning across Mastercard, Oliver Wyman, Accenture, and more, Edmund is a decorated Innovation Leader in AI and Digital.

With close to 5 years of experience adivisng SMEs and mid-market businesses on how the Google technology such as Gemini and Google Ads can help them grow their top line.
At 8am, Laura leads the strategy and operations, ensuring the SME strategically maximises the latest tech capabilties Google has to offer to help them stay competitive and governs the operations of 8am in client delivery and innovation pipeline.
